We think footwork is one of the most over-discussed areas of pitching mechanics. So why make it a lesson? To dispell some myths, focus on what really matters, and then put it aside as we deal with greater concerns like hips, shoulders, arm slots, etc.

The lesson for the stride foot (as opposed to post foot) breaks down into four topics - the starting point, the lift, the stride, and landing. (We'll cover the post foot later.)
